What's the difference between infrared and traditional saunas?

Infrared saunas use infrared panels to gently warm your body directly—not the air—at lower temperatures (30–65°C). This creates a more comfortable heat that penetrates deeply into muscles and joints, making them ideal for daily use and those who prefer a gentler experience.

What are the benefits of infrared sauna therapy?

Infrared heat penetrates deep into soft tissue, supporting muscle recovery, easing joint stiffness, and reducing inflammation. It also promotes circulation, aids cardiovascular health, calms the nervous system, and can improve sleep quality—all in a comfortable, manageable heat.

Are infrared saunas easier to install at home?

Yes. Infrared saunas don’t produce steam or excess moisture, making them simpler to install and maintain in modern homes. They require less ventilation than traditional saunas and can be easily integrated into various spaces without extensive modifications.
