Is this stove suitable for smoke control areas?

Yes, the Sherwood 12kW is DEFRA exempt and fully tested to this standard. This means it can be legally used in smoke control areas where non-DEFRA exempt stoves are prohibited, making it ideal for urban locations.

What makes the clean-burn system so efficient?

The advanced tertiary air system pushes hot air into the firebox above normal fire height, allowing excess gases to combust completely. This creates a cleaner burn, reduces emissions, and maximizes heat output while minimizing fuel consumption for optimal efficiency.

What warranty coverage is included with this stove?

Standard 1-year manufacturer warranty comes included. Register your stove online within 3 months of purchase to receive an additional 2-year extended warranty, giving you total 3-year coverage for complete peace of mind.
